Export process

At Nick Rodman International, we strive to make the export process simple, transparent and reliable for our international partners. Our team carefully manages every step to ensure effective communication, complete documentation and secure shipping.

Request and product selection

The collaboration process begins with a request from the customer. Customers can submit information such as product type, quantity required, packaging type, and target market. After reviewing the request, product information, available options, and initial pricing are provided.

Providing a pre-invoice and confirming the order

After reviewing the customer’s needs, a proforma invoice is provided, including product specifications, packaging type, approximate delivery time, and commercial terms. After the proforma invoice is approved by the customer, the final order is registered and the preparation process begins.

Supply and packaging

Products are procured and prepared according to agreed specifications.

At this stage:

Product selection and quality check is carried out

Packaging is prepared according to the order

If requested, packaging is carried out with the customer’s own brand

All steps are carried out in accordance with export requirements.

Export documents

Before the goods are shipped, the necessary export documents are prepared.

These documents may include the following:

1-Commercial Invoice

2-Packing List

3-Certificate of Origin

4-Laboratory or Quality Reports if required

Documents are prepared in accordance with the import regulations of the destination country.

International transportation

After the packaging and documentation are completed, the goods are shipped via international shipping companies.

Depending on the destination and type of order, shipping can be done via:

Air freight

Sea freight.

Delivery and tracking

After the shipment is shipped, shipping information and related documents will be sent to the customer.

Our team will be available for response and support throughout the delivery process.
